Clan Connon

...A History of the Connon Family

Roots in Celtic Culture

Lorem Ipsum "...Wisdom Without Blemish" is one of motifs of the Connon family. Interestingly enough, the Connon's lineage goes back centuries to the dawn of the Scottish Highlands itself which is a mountain region encompassing northwest Scotland. In fact, Loch Ness is at the centre, overlooked by the ruins of medieval Urquhart Castle and known for mythical monster “Nessie”. Northeast, near the city of Inverness, dolphins swim in the Moray Firth. Southwest, in the Western Highlands, trails wind up Ben Nevis, the U.K.’s highest peak, and red deer roam Glencoe Valley with its waterfalls. Currently, even though our branches are scattered across the globe, our roots remain connected to the same tree. Welcome Connons, welcome to the Connon Genealogical Society.
